Early morning drive
to Tiger Hill to watch the sun rise over the Kanchendzonga range.
On a clear dawn you can see the Makalu range & Mount Everest in
Nepal. Return to hotel en-route visit Ghoom Yiga Cholling
Monastery, Batasia Loop Station, War Memorial. Later in the day
tour of Darjeeling visiting Observatory Hill, Himalayan
Mountaineering Institute, Happy Valley Tea Estate. Rest of the day
at leisure. Overnight in hotel. |

self sustained institution for boys, visit one of the numerous

visiting Durpin Dara Monastery , Tharpa Choling Monastery,

en-route visit Simtokha Dzong built in 1627 by Shabdrung Nawang
Namgyal, which now houses a university that teaches the ancient
