to airport to connect flight to Bagdogra, On arrival meet &

The day starts early
at 4:00 A.M after early cup of tea/coffee we leave by jeeps to
Tiger Hill to watch the sun rise over the Kanchenjunga range.You
can also see the Makalu range and Mt.Everest on a clear day On
return visit Ghoom Monastery, Batasia Loop Railway Station & War
Memrial.Take a ride on the World Heritage Toy train from Batasia
to Darjeeling. Return to hotel for breakfast . Thereafter
sightseeing tour of Darjeeling visiting Observatory Hill, Padmaja
Naidu Zoo, Himalayan Mountaineering Institute. Overnight in Hotel |

Monastery. . Rumtek is the seat of the Karmapa Lama who heads the
Kargyugpa Sect of Buddhism. The original m onastery was built in
1730 and was destroyed in fire. The present monastery was
constructed by His Holiness the Gyalwa Karmapa in 1960’s.
